Cats Meow TNR is a volunteer-led nonprofit serving the Clarksville-Montgomery County area in Tennessee. Our mission is to address the overpopulation of unclaimed outdoor (community) cats through humane Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), education, and community support.
Founded in 2019, Cats Meow TNR provides essential services including spay/neuter surgeries, medical care, vaccination, and seasonal shelter support. Our work directly reduces feline overpopulation, decreases animal suffering, and relieves the burden on local shelters, all while supporting low-income caretakers and mobilizing community compassion.
